In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulations, it is hereby stated that Loud.It.com (hereinafter “Loud-It”) is a digital platform whose main activity consists of acting as an intermediary between users and professionals in the music and entertainment sector, offering, among other services:

– The request of songs in real time by scanning QR codes at entertainment venues, events, weddings, and live concerts, with direct submission to the DJ.
– The booking and hiring of DJs for private events.
– Access to and download of music sessions previously played at affiliated venues.
– The affiliation of users and collaborators to the platform through paid partnership programs.
– The commercialization and customization of merchandising products related to the brand and events.

Loud-It is the owner of the domain name Loud-It.es and of the websites accessible through it.

Loud-It does not guarantee the availability and continuous operation of the platform, although it will make its best efforts to keep the service operational at all times. Likewise, it shall not be held liable for damages of any kind that may arise from the use of the website, including, but not limited to, those affecting the computer systems of users or third parties, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other potentially harmful elements.

Loud-It informs that the content, functionalities, and services offered through the platform, including music sessions, real-time requests, bookings, affiliate programs, and merchandising products, are the property of Loud.It and/or authorized third-party collaborators. With regard to the links that the Loud-It.es website provides to its social media profiles, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms, Users are informed that Loud-It acts as a provider of Information Society Services in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Users are also informed that Loud-It may have access to the data that Users publicly post on their social media profiles, such as their name, alias, nickname, username, photograph or avatar, as well as any other information that the User has configured as public.

In general, such personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the normal use of Loud-It’s social media accounts, including interaction with Users, managing their participation in promotional activities, campaigns, contests, or collaborations, as well as handling inquiries, requests, or complaints received through these platforms.

Likewise, as a general rule, Loud-It does not extract personal data from social media profiles nor communicate it to third parties, with such data remaining stored within the information systems of the corresponding social network, unless necessary for the development of a specific action and always in accordance with applicable regulations.

The legal basis that legitimizes the aforementioned processing activities will generally be the performance of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship arising from the User’s participation in activities organized through social media, as well as the User’s consent where required. In cases where the User submits a request, inquiry, or complaint through social media, the legal basis will be the need to manage such request.

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described, as well as for the legally established periods required to comply with legal obligations and for the establishment, exercise, or defense of potential claims.
